Twin Rivers Opportunities, Inc., a HUD certified agency, offers free to low-cost advice. We provide face-to-face, individual counseling services and act as an unbiased, third-party liaison between you and your mortgage lender. We administer the following programs: Section 8 Rental Assistance, FSS Program, and Housing Counseling.
